The 900 & 1300 Series condenser tube expanders are designed for small-diameter applications, including small condensers, coolers, heat exchangers, surface condensers, and FinFan coolers.G-900 Series Expanders
- Outer diameter range: 1/4" – 3/8" (6.3 – 9.5 mm)
- Expanders with 3/4" (19.0 mm) rolls accommodate tube sheet thicknesses from 1/4" to 3/4" (6.3 mm to 19.0 mm)
- Expanders with 1-1/4" (31.7 mm) rolls accommodate tube sheet thicknesses from 3/4" to 1-1/4" (19.0 mm to 31.7 mm)
G-1300 Expanders
- Features an extended reach
- Offers three expansion rolls
- Provides a long and adjustable range
- Outer diameter: 3/8" (9.5 mm)
- Expanders with 3/4" (19.0 mm) rolls accommodate tube sheet thicknesses from 3/4" to 3" (19.0 mm to 76.2 mm)
- Expanders with 1-1/4" (31.7 mm) rolls accommodate tube sheet thicknesses from 1-1/4" to 3-1/2" (31.7 mm to 88.9 mm)
800 & 1200 Series Expanders
The 800 and 1200 Series offer basic and reliable expanding performance for the most common sizes. They are ideal for standard-sized condensers, coolers, heat exchangers, surface condensers, and FinFan coolers.G-800 Expanders
- 3-Roll Expanders or 5-Roll Expanders available
- Outer diameter range: 1/2" - 1-1/2" (12.7 – 38.1 mm) or 5/8” – 1-1/2” (15.8 – 38.1 mm)
- Expanders equipped with 1-1/2" (38.1 mm) long rolls accommodate tube sheet thicknesses between 1/2" and 1-1/2" (12.7 mm to 38.1 mm)
- Expanders with 2-1/4" (51.7 mm) long rolls accommodate tube sheet thicknesses from 1-1/4" to 2-1/4" (31.7 mm to 57.1 mm)
G-1200 Expanders
- Features an extended reach
- Comes with three expansion rolls
- Provides a long and adjustable range
- Outer diameter range: 1/2" - 1-1/2" (12.7 – 38.1 mm)
- Expanders available with Standard Reach, “A” Reach, and “C” Reach, each with various tube sheet thickness ranges
- Reversible Thrust Collar design allows flush and 1/8” recess tube rolling
