720-550B Airetrol

The 720-550B Airetrol is a pneumatic, torque-controlled rolling motor specifically engineered for the uniform expansion of tubes in applications such as heat exchangers and boilers. As a lower-speed, higher-torque model within the 720 series, it operates at 550 RPM, delivering a torque range of 2 to 75 ft-lbs.

This tool is designed to accurately roll tubes up to 1/2" in diameter. Its core feature is the torque control system, which automatically stops the tube expansion once a preset torque is reached. This ensures consistently tight tube-to-tubesheet joints and prevents damage from over- or under-rolling.
