The Airetool® 807-1/2 Expander is a precision-engineered tool designed for expanding 1/2" O.D. tubes with a 20 GA wall thickness. Part of the Airetool® G-800 Series, it is ideal for use in heat exchangers, condensers, and similar tubular equipment. This expander ensures a secure and uniform tube-to-tube sheet joint by delivering consistent rolling performance. It is compatible with the DAS-100-TRS-720 1800 and 720-2500B pneumatic torque-controlled rolling motors, providing precise expansion and minimizing the risk of leaks.
